She was generally pretty casual in her behavior and about what my problem was and how it should be treated. I'm basically back where I started.
Susan at the front desk is very welcoming and helpful, which is the best I can say about this medical office. The other front desk personal are sour, unsmiling, unfriendly to the point of giving me an annoyed look when I approached the desk.
I want to thank them for being there for me.
The practitioner I saw was not particularly sympathetic to my extreme pain [tho she did go into inappropriate detail about having to help her boyfriend after he was injured---ick!].
They are very bad at returning phone calls. They have delt with my back pains with shots instead of fixing the issue. A second doctor has stated that the real issue can be fixed. The shots work for two weeks if your lucky. They prefer a quick fix and do not care about long term health of their patients.
In short, I just did not feel cared for and I didn't get any real help (except a referral to PT). I suggest that other people looking for help to relieve pain avoid this practice.
The last time I needed help Pioneer Spine & Sport was there for me. I was referred to them by the E.R. They did numerous testing and when they couldn't do anymore they referred me to Dr Anderson.
Heading back to them again from a request of Dr Anderson.
During my 2nd visit she got impatient because I couldn't recall the exact treatment I'd received 10 years earlier, though she never requested my records. So, I took the initiative to have my records sent to her, and she didn't even review them before the 3rd appointment. I also had to wait for 30 minutes, which she brushed off with a cavalier apology.
They were wonderful!
Not a very good experience here , the receptionists are very friendly but as for the female doctor yeah in not impressed at all Dr vu in Springfield is 100xs better I would reccomend going anywhere else but here
You're doing yourself a disservice if you settle for going here. The female practitioner was the rudest most uncaring health professional I've ever been to.
