Their facilities were extremely sketchy and I left with many issues not being tended to. If you can avoid this place at all cost.

My appointment was rescheduled over 3 times and the only chance of ever being seen was during their urgent care hours which are extremely sparse.
The first time I brought my son here he was four days old, I was scared to bring him out being a new mother. They did not inform me they had switched his appointment to an hour later, so I was stuck waiting for an extra hour with a very new born baby. Three months later I recieve a call from the desk about over due bills I had no clue existed. This woman left me in tears about bills I had not recieved, would not work with me, and was just mean. I had been to the office three times prior, witn absolutely no warning about these bills. Personally, I want nothing to do with people in the health field who can't manage to be kind. The last thing I needed was someone yelling at me and making me cry over something so easily fixed. Someone could have given me a heads up before being an absolute jerk.
