I really can't think of anything negative. One comment I would make is that the communication system is archaic and not efficient. It would be great if there was a "Patient Portal" where I could leave messages and questions, via the internet, to be answered when it was convenient for the staff.
The practice seems scattered. Communication has been lacking and a significant omission resulted in lack of follow up. It's a good thing I'm on top of it when it comes to my health. I will not return to this practice.
I found the staff, as well as Dr Patel, to be competent, efficient, courteous and friendly. Dr Patel has a great bedside manner and is sensitive to a patient's needs and desires. Greenfield is blessed to have a gastro like him in our midst.
