The heater/a.c. sounds like a turbo jet when it kicks on. Instantly waking you from a dead sleep.
There was no drain stop in the bathroom, I had to go buy my own in order to take a bath.
Beds are hard as a rock honestly no box spring at all.
The Wi-Fi is completely open with no security what so ever.
Room service is very quick when they clean your room.
The bed was hard and something told me to check the sheets - they were DIRTY. The bed was made and the sheets had body effluvia on them. The desk gave me another room with many apologies, and that room smelled of smoke. By that time I was too tired to fight so I slept on the hard bed. The tv sound reception was unclear. The lock side door to the lot was unlocked, so if you thought you were safe in your room, well, hopefully. There is no elevator and the stairs twist and turn oddly and dangerously. I didn't even bother with the breakfast nook - I've seen homier breakfast areas in car repair shops. The staff was polite. The bathroom was decent. However I would NEVER EVER stay here again.
I needed a room for my doggie and I for a few days and this was a great place to bring her. Very accommodating and quiet and a friendly staff. Free l breakfast foods n coffee n juice. Wi-Fi;)Clean room no smoke smell. Thank you . A.c. and tv. Really great to could bring my pup , she is having heart failure and is on heart pills. It was great to have her here and my dog slept like we were at home ! Thanks Rodeway Inn!
Not as many channels on TV as was promised.
The rooms have only about 4 power outlets. So you either get to decided if you keep your food cold or heat your food.
Johnny was the absolute best, super nice, really friendly, went above and beyond to help us out. Would definitely recommend staying here. Rooms were clean and well priced.
There is a major water leak coming from the 2nd floor that runs down the stairs and out a side door, I asked the hotel if they knew it was happening, and it has been going on for sometime now.
The only positive was the lady that attended us when we arrived and that it had a bed. The parking lot was covered in ice, when we asked if it would be cleaned by the morning they said yes and by next morning it was even worse as it was even slippery from freezing overnight. The hallway and the room was freezing. The bathroom had only one handtowel in it that, once again the great attendent at the front desk quickly got us towels. The heater, ehile it did work fine, was blasting hot air in my face. Maybe i was tited and frustrated at that point but i could find a way to adjust it so that it would blow upwards instead of directly in my face. Finally the breakfast selection was poor. I get that it was Christmas weekend, and they reallly were pretty much empty but still unacceptable. 2 out of five only because the frontdesk was really helpful and it served the purpose of giving me and my girl a place to rest for that one night.
Cons: The walls are paper thin. You can hear every drug deal and prostitute sleeping with their John crystal clear.
There is no security at the building. Doors open without key cards.
Pros: Rooms are good size if you get a double queen.
