This Quality Inn was very nice for the price. The room was comfortable and had a good mattress. Bathroom was clean and had nice towels. Table and chairs fit in room easily unlike at other Inns. The eating area was very pleasant with nice selection of food, including sausage and eggs, and fresh fruit. The nicely landscaped pool area looked like it would be a nice place to be in the summer. Location was convenient to downtown Greenfield and to Interstate 91. It was cold outside during the two nights we were there. The heater worked well
It was disgusting! The slider was broken and the carpets were so dirty they should be torn out and burnt. The staff gave us a different room, but it wasn't much of an improvement. No broken slider but it was still not clean. The breakfast room was full of parents and children who stared at me as if to say, "What are you doing here?", so I couldn't even get a cup of coffee. I have found other accommodations in the area and happily will never have to stay there again.
Most uncomfortable beds we ever slept in. The hallways were ice cold. There were no vending machines at all and no good explanation for it. Breakfast was a joke and although was served from 6-9 am, they were all cleaned up at 8:45 am. Not recommended.
I went with my family for a religious retreat in Amherst and booked two nights at this atrocious hotel. We got there late at night and the smell of cigarettes in the hallway was unbearable . Then we went to the room it looked ok but dark , when we my son try to lay down in one of the beds it had a hole in the middle, I couldn't believe it!! then looking at the ceiling I noticed a cobweb, and wonder when was the last time someone dusted this place. By the morning, we got ready to go to the convention and if I wasn't frustrated enough, I found a roach in the bathroom that's totally unacceptable). I wanted to live that place asap. So we packed our stuff in the car and cancelled the second night. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE. Fortunately, God help us find a nice decent hotel ( Red Roof) which had been recently renovated and the service was excellent. Too bad I didn't take pictures to share, I guess I was too upset.
I was asking for lipton tea for 2 days and they said don't have that hahaha idiot manager and crazy hotel ... I suggest you guys never come to this bullshit hotel
