i have been trying for over 2 weeks to get a response to set up an inspection for a bus stop at the bottom of laurel st. in Greenfield.for 10 years the bus has done a flag stop for an elderly man who can't make the walk up the hill to the "official" stop. can anyone tell me how to do this? i have made over 6 calls to frta and i can't get any response
Bus station is so much better than standing outdoors!
