These people saved my dog's life after he was in a fight. Can't praise them enough for their care, guidance, and skill.
When I dropped my dog off Wednesday night for boarding, I had chosen PVVH because they offered doggie daycare (dogs playing with each other). The person who asked me whether I wanted to pay extra for various services wrote down that I wanted doggie daycare for her (and therefore a bath at the end, since dogs get each other dirty).

Then, when I returned after three days, I was told, "Oh, nobody told you that we don't offer doggy daycare on vacations?" So the specific thing I brought her for, and contracted for, was not offered. On the flip side, they billed me FORTY SEVEN DOLLARS for the bath. Never Again.
More expensive than other vets but the people are so caring and I can tell that they love animals. My cat doesn't like going to the vet but they are very gentle and genuinely care about him. Dr. Lisa is amazing!
