OK place. Rent is cheapest for what they offer. Winter is horrible but they take pets and have designated doggie areas. And plenty of open space. Half the apartments are in earshot of solar way. You can hear everything everywhere
We have lived here for a couple years. In my opinion, the cost of rent is excessive for the service they provide. Pests are out of control year round and the heat was terrible. We had no control of it all winter. The option was either off or on. Neighbors aren't noisy as compared to other places. The building stays cool on summer time on bottom floor. Nobody picks up after their dogs!
