I broke my leg and needed a wheelchair, was also having trouble using my crutches. We stopped at Baystate and were taken care of like old friends. They rented us a chair at a reasonable rate, let me try out various crutches and gave me a helpful lesson in how to use them safely. When we missed the due date for returning the wheelchair, they couldn't have been nicer, no extra charge was made. If you need help with any medical devices, I can highly recommend this company.
