My wall to wall and stairs look practically new! (I was thinking of replacing both, but I can wait now! Tyler is very knowledgeable, quick to return a phone call or an email. It is clear he loves his job, works very hard and shows up when he says he will. It is a rarity these days to find such an enthusiastic and professional individual. I would highly recommend. He will arrive in shorts. Even in winter! With a big smile and a winning attitude. I would not use anyone else. And never ever a rented cleaning machine. You will not go wrong with Pristine Orientals!
I first had P.O. come to wash an oriental that had not been cleaned for prob. 25 years. It also need new fringe and a decent new pad. I also sent along a couple of smaller rugs that needed cleaning. These rugs came back looking fabulous, the price was reasonable and the service was top notch. When the original rugs came back, they were installed quickly and I was very pleased! I sent a second group of rugs to them and also ordered pads. I discovered he also does wall to wall! When he returned the rugs with the new pads, he washed my wall to wall and stairs.
