I have had good experiences there. They have worked on several items for me and I found them to be professional and knowledgeable. My repairs have been ready when she said they would be, and the prices are good. I like that they have different things in the store as well. Definitely worth checking it out.

I will NEVER go back. If I could rate as a zero I would. Horrible experience with this establishment. They do not take pride in their work, have no communication between themselves, they lie and manipulate. I had 4 things done with them and nothing was done right the first time. The first piece was a simple mistake. The cross I wanted was out of stock. Item availability should be checked before a customer leaves, instead I had to return halfway home to replace the order. The second thing I had done was earrings. Dangle, very specifically dangle. I picked up studs. Had to be redone but she was on vacation (something she takes often and without telling her customers) I had to wait until she was back for vacation to notify her of her mistake because I didn't trust the sticky note that the other employee left when she couldn't herself call. My third disaster had to do with my wedding rings. I asked her to resize my engagement ring (a previous piece I had done there) to be resized so that it would fit properly with the band. My husband had his band made their too.we were called to pick them up and both rings slid off the finger. Resized again. Mine fit but was incomplete. The words explore your mind(the inscription) had turned into explo. My husbands ring was taken down a full quarter step even though when he tried on ring sizes they discussed being sized in between sizes. His finger turned bright red and started swelling immediately. She was away somewhere again and wouldn't return until 4 days before my wedding. They had these rings for over 2 months. I called when she returned and got attitude telling me my husbands ring was sized how we wanted and how she couldn't do it anyways because she didn't have CO2, she also gave a snarky remark about my inscription. I told her I would continue the conversation in person and would be there within the hour. My mother and husband came with me. We picked up the rings which had been finished in that hour. She claims she did nothing to my husbands ring but the dent underneath stretched out claims differently. His ring now fits(sort of) and yes I know fingers swell like the snarky remark she made to me. When I questioned her on the ring and if he wanted it a little bigger due to his "future swelling"her response was well if I stretch it anymore it will snap confirming to me that she had stretched it in that hour period even though she claims nothing was done. He has not had the same problem with that ring since leaving that store furthering my belief in her dishonesty. My inscription was done as well when we got there. Neither ring was polished up on underside. She would not give a discount telling us "well I did everything you wanted me to and did the work on the ring that you didn't get here." (Remember I did get the engagement ring there) she blamed us for the sizing mix ups and our finger swelling. She was rude and now we will always question the integrity of the ring in my husbands finger due to an unexplained dent. She made us feel awful and my tear stained face should have told her to lay off. We got ripped off there. I highly recommend not using this business.
On my most recent visit, I picked up a locket as a gift and it was beautifully engraved at no charge while I waited. .
So glad they exist as they are the only place I know of
