I had a serious shoulder surgery performed a few months ago. I had to switch physical therapists because my first one was way too rough. She ended up hurting me pretty good.. I switched to Body Shoppe, and am I glad I did! I am amazed at the attention I get here. I get a full half hour with my new therapist. She's so kind and friendly, gentle, and genuinely cares about my recovery. She even massages my shoulder, which I never got at the last place. She gives me extra stretches and moves to do (if I'm feeling up to it) and is always accommodating and friendly. I've been getting so strong! I can lift my arms above my head without much pain and have even started my running again thanks to this place!
