Go to the Greenfield Staples or The Copy Shop- not this store. Strike 1: We went in to print an hour before they close. I asked the employee if we could email a .pdf to the store email to print it out, and he said no, he had just tied up the computers with something that couldn't be stopped. Why did he start it before they close? Why isn't there a computer dedicated to printing and small jobs? So we went to the Copy Shop where we got MUCH better customer service. Strike 2: We went in to print right after they opened. I asked the employee if we could email a .pdf to the store email so that she could print it out and she said no. This is a service they provide but she did not feel comfortable with it. So I went to Staples where there was no issue and we got MUCH better customer service. Strike 3: Same trip: we wanted to mail 2 packages. It took forever. First the employee put the wrong name on the return address. Then she spelled my name wrong even after I spelled it for her, and then the mailing label printer ran out of paper. So we took our 2nd package and mailed it from Staples where we got MUCH better customer service.
I had a box there for a couple years. I used there package service extensively for my business. If you run an online sales business this is a great spot for returns, customers don't have your address. They send an email when I get a package and the email usually has the tracking number as well. Dennis is a great manager, he treated me like I was a preferred customer and I appreciated it.
They we supposed to hold a package and ship it on a certain date but they shipped it immediately. It arrived a when we were still on vacation.
Sent a package from here and they asked for my driving license for ID but didn't return it. Of course, the junior employee swears that she returned it, when she didn't. Don't let them take your license.
Friendly, knowledgable, and hard working staff. Overall a great store! A+++
