Amazing office and staff. The only dental office I would use. Have been a patient here for 30 plus years. Highest praise to Bonnie and Dr Jenna Bagley!!
They get absolutely no work done! They schedule appointments like 3 months away so basically u get no work done! Especially if u need a lot of work done, the way they schedule is unacceptable. Oh and one of their workers tried to commit Insurance Fraud. If you have any scratches on your car, STAY AWAY! One of them tried to say I hit their car when I didn't. And they interviewed 3 people there that all contradicted each other!
My experience with every person in the office was great and the office is clean and beautiful which is why they got more than one star. However, I've never been somewhere where I had to pay for an entire appointment's worth of work up front, a month before the appointment. The big deal breaker for me here was their refusal to see me during a dental emergency, instead saying I needed to see someone else. I've never had a problem getting emergency work done and I'm still in pain. I will not go back and I will find a new dental office. Very disappointed.
Our whole family goes to this dentist. It is a nice facility with an extremely kind staff. My kids love to pick out toys after their visits!
Not only do they not schedule in an appropriate manner, they're liars, and the made me pay 849 dollars for work they're not even going to do! I'm sorry but trying to committ insurance fraud made me decide to find someone else!
Don't go there.
I been this Dr and their staff they were best thing then care of your teeth and no better want just try to show they care of I been many years so I no problem with in they just get heath teeth in.
