Best customer service! As a plus sized bride my options are limited, or so I thought! During my first appointment there was no pressure to walk out with a gown. For my second appointment Cristen made sure there were more options for me to try! And I found my gown! All of the ladies in the shop are super sweet. My sister even said she's disappointed we didn't know about this shop when she was getting married. I completely recommend Aliber's!

All three of my daughters purchased their wedding dresses here and all three times it was a wonderful experience! I purchased my dresses here as well! My grandaughter is getting married in another state but I am coming here to get my dress!!
Really great experience! Cristen was absolutely wonderful and I couldn't have been more pleased with my visit. My maid of honor and I came in midday without an appointment, just deciding to poke around. We were very pleasantly greeted and registered as soon as we decided to pick out dresses I liked. I was very indecisive about what I wanted, but Cristen was so patient and so helpful. We picked out two dresses to try, and she picked out a third. She helped me into the dresses and helped me clip them to fit right. While I was trying dresses on and deciding on what looks I like, she kept bringing additional dresses for me to try, even going downstairs to look for more that would fit my style. After narrowing it down to two dresses, she helped me try them again and was so patient when I couldn't decide and wanted to make an appointment to come in with additional people to help me decide. I cannot wait for my second appointment and I am so happy that I decided to stop in today. Adorable little shop with a surprisingly large selection of beautiful, affordable dresses, and best of all, the incredible owner Cristen.
My wife whet in to get her drrss 3 days before our wedding and they forgot the bussel. The dress was stained and they didn't steam any of the wrinkles out of the dress. Very disappointed.
