It's wonderful to be acknowledge and feel comfortable as soon as one enters the clean waiting room VIC is a business where one may be a little nervous about the outcome of their inspection so a warm greeting can make the process easier.
They're very experienced and good at what they do but keep in mind they technically work for the state and I'm not sure what that entails but my advice is stick to your local inspection center or a shop that you know and trust that is approved by the state to perform inspection. Always go with what you know, and trust!

Fantastic place! Very fast service, in less than 20 minutes I got my car inspected. The place is very clean and comfortable to wait around. The staff is very kind and they even have coffee! Couldn't be more satisfy with this place!
Inspectors need to learn MA tolerances for front end bearings. Failed my truck, only to have the dealer pass the truck. Tolerances were completely within spec. Will not use or recommend this inspection station again. Also leave your home problems at home and don’t take it out on paying customers.
