This review is more concerning the Tire Center than the rest of the club; the rest of the club is great and we come here often. My fiancé and I bought my winter tires here last year, and that process didn't go well. We ordered them IN the store, and the sales associate gave my fiancé a very difficult time with the current promotion that was happening. They had to call a manager over twice to get the situation resolved, and then, they never called us when the tires actually came in. We waited two weeks and finally called them, and the associate who answered said they'd been there awhile. Great. When I tried to make an appointment to get them ON the car, they couldn't get me in for another week and a half. Okay. Fast forward to trying to get the winter tires off the car. I made an appointment IN store for 10 am the next day. When I came in, there were a few people milling around having a crisis because they wanted to order tires but the prices were different online than what the associate was telling them. (Sounds like what happened to us months ago, so this is still a problem.) Manager has to come override everything again. The guy gets me signed in but my 10 am appointment doesn't actually start til 10:30. Not like I had other appointments or anything to do this morning. Then he asked me for a receipt for the tires I bought here. That's at home, nobody told me to bring it when I was here yesterday making the appointment. So now he's making a big deal saying if he can't trace my tires he'll have to charge me more for the switch. Do you not have a computer right there that tracks purchases? We gave the first associate all sorts of customer information last year when we bought the tires, so you'd think they would have used that information to create a customer profile to track purchases. Nope. The associates here seem very unconcerned with their customer service (or lack thereof) and while it is one of the most affordable places for tires in Greenfield (if you're a BJ's member), you'll almost certainly pay for it in frustration. Plan for at least a couple of hours when you make an appointment, at least that way if it takes less time you'll be pleasantly surprised. And updated for putting the winter tires back on - they still don't have an online system for tracking purchases; their records are invoices piled in a box in no order whatsoever. And there is still just ONE person working at a time apparently. I had an appointment at 2:15 but several people have been in to ask about purchasing tires so ONE of my snow tires is on after 45 minutes. I don't think we will be purchasing my new all seasons here.
