Exceptional customer service.

Jerry did a great repair, made my bicycle rideable and safe in a short period of time.

He offered 2 tune ups, one $45 and the other $60. He was not pushy about either one, I choose the 60 since my bike was long overdue a full one and clean. I was genuinely surprised when he said he could have it done in a day and a half. I have been to other shops and they never even give me a timeframe. I left me bike and they told me they would call me when done. On Monday around noon I received a call from a Jerry and said my tune up was done. They pointed out the worked that was done in the tune up and it was covered in the repair cost, also my bike was amazingly cleaned.

I must say I did not buy my bike from this shop but getting it back it runs better now than when I got it new from the shop I got it from. The brakes work fantastic and each click on my shifter now puts my number in the right gear.

I went here with a price cap of $750 hoping to replace my Bianchi, which I had when I was living in CA, but sold before moving to MA. But I got a better deal, I did not have to spend a dime!

I went here last fall for a flat tire, this bike shop told me they can have it done in 5min. I watched the as they did it and they inspected the tire and found a piece of glass. I have brought my bike to other shops and they simply install the new tube with no inspection and I got a flat in 5miles of leaving.

The service recived from Bicycle World will have me coming back for many years! I will love to make my next bike purchase from them, I wished I bought a bike from them from the get go. These guys are very knowledgeable about bikes, also gave me great pointers on bike care and are very swift in their work. Thank you for the great service! I love riding my bike and enjoyed coming into greenfield for service :)

Excellent service of a complex problem.

Please note this shop has very recently changed hands. (April17) The new owner has only served me once but I had a good experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Zero attitude with my stupid questions. Thanks Bill(?)

This is a nice bicycle shop and a has been in town for a long time. I feel uncomfortable when I walk into this bike shop if you judge and I definitely think they are biased matter who you are how much money you have what you look like from my experience at the shop. They want certain types of customers and they do not treat all equally. When you're buying a brand new road bicycle for example they can cause an excess of 10 to $25,000 I mean in my experience to my knowledge the average by schools around three to five k. thousand for a real high-end road bicycle. Simply put I want to buy a new bike and I asked him if I could get any kind of discount he said prices are the prices he didn't even try to work with me he didn't expect any business to lower their prices but I do expect them to at least try to make a sale and or accommodate me and not make me feel like I'm not worth their time spending a lot of money. There are two bicycle shops in in this town and very professional and what they do mechanically and also both sell high-quality quality bicycles.

I really enjoyed the hometown look of the shop and really like how close it is to downtown. This year I came in on a Saturday and the shop was very busy and it was obvious they were understaffed. There were two guys working at the time. I breifly browsed outside and I agree that the bikes out there aren't clearly marked if they are repairs or used bikes but I could see numbered tag bikes were repairs.

I started my search at a large bike rack outside which had a good selection on both sides. I found an older road bike with some cool drop handlebars. I walked over to it to get a better look and check for a price tag but there was just a tag with a number sequence on it. A middle aged man came outside with some boxes. He asked if I had any questions, I said I was "just browsing for now", as I already had in mind what I wanted and preferred to explore the store on my own first. He said the bikes on the side I was looking at belong to people and the other side are for sale. I wondered if the sequenced tags represented receipts to customer repairs and tune ups or maybe they are used bikes from an exchange program and not yet priced. Hoping they could be going on sale at a later date I asked what the numbers meant and he snickered “who cares?" and went inside before I could give him tips on improving his customer service skills or being an adult. I thought about continuing the conversation inside but at the risk of the guy changing his ways from my confrontation and bringing in more customers, I decided against it. I know with $750 price cap I’m not limited at all on where I can shop so I left. It’s just my local bike shop and I wanted to see what it was about before checking other places. At first glance it seems like it’s about poor customer service. Maybe he thought with the coffee I grabbed next door in my hand, that I wasn’t a serious customer, but that’s just their loss. My brother needs a bike too but I’ll make sure he stays away from here.

Not sure why the bad reviews but my experience here was amazing.

I went back in and the younger guy working on repairs greeted me and asked if I need help with service. He offered unloading my bike from my car rack. He inspected my bike and informed me the front brake wasn't working since the carrier piece bent from the bars being spun. I thought I needed a new brake system but he gladly fixed it on the spot and recommended a tune up. I told him I planned on riding this year and wanted the bike to run well.
